Dr. Bob Birmingham (Senior Lecturer of Anthropolgy at UW-Waukesha) has been at it again: he has published another book. This one – Skunk Hill: A Native Ceremonial Community in Wisconsin – tells the story of the Prairie Potawatomi village of Tah-qua-kik (Skunk Hill), established in Wood County in 1905. Dr. Renee Gralewicz, been selected as the recipient of the University of Wisconsin System's 2015 Outstanding Women of Color in Education Award. The award will be formally presented at the Annual Outstanding Women of Color in Education Award Ceremony and Luncheon scheduled for Friday, October 9, 2015, at the Gordon Dining and Event Center on the UW-Madison campus.
