Jennifer Flatt is a Professor in the English and World Languages Departments and has worked on the Marinette campus since 2000.  She completed the NIH training for the protection of human subjects in June 2016 and began her term on the IRB in January 2017.  

Kathy Immel has taught Psychology at the UW-Fox Valley campus since 1999. She joined the UWC IRB in fall, 2011 and became the IRB chairperson in August, 2014.  Her most recent training in the protection of human subjects was the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) training in September, 2014.

Michaela Null is an Assistant Professor of Sociology and Gender/Sexuality/Women’s Studies at UW-Fond du Lac. She started her 3 year term on IRB in 2015 and her most recent CITI training was in August 2015.

Linda Tollefsrud chaired the IRB from 1988 to 2002 and again from 2007 to 2011. She is a Professor in the Psychology Department at UW-Barron County and now serves as the Coordinator of the UWC IRB. Her most recent human subjects training was completed through the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) on October 21, 2013.

Mikala Turner's first semester as a UWC student was fall of 2016.  Her intention is to obtain the BAAS degree, go to medical school, and become a psychiatrist.  She completed the NIH training for the protection of human subjects in November of 2016.  

Chris Wilbur is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Baraboo/Sauk County.  He started his 3-year term as an IRB member in September 2016.  He completed training in the protection of human research subjects through the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) in August, 2016. 

Kristi Wilkum is an Assistant Professor in the department of Communication and Theater Arts at UW-Fond du Lac. Her most recent training was completed through the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) in February, 2013.

Kerri Wrinn is an assistant professor in Biology at UW Rock County.  She began her term on the IRB in Fall 2015 and her most recent training in the protection of human research subjects was the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) in August 2015.

Steven Ziemba is the Associate Director of the Marshfield Clinic Research Foundation and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. His training includes professional certifications as a Clinical Research Coordinator and IRB Professional, as well as CITI and NIH training completed in 2014.

IRB members serve three-year terms, with two new members elected by members of the UWC Senate each spring. The student member is appointed by the Student Governing Council.
