All students must accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions/Credit Agreement (TAC) in PRISM prior to enrollment each semester.
The TAC outlines what is expected of all students during the enrollment process and what is expected of students to fulfill their financial responsibilities.
The TAC also serves as the financial contract between all students and UW Colleges. The TAC will allow students to enroll automatically in a payment plan (with a $200 minimum deposit) if full payment is not made or financial aid is unavailable on the tuition due date for the Fall and Spring term only.
The remaining balance will be divided into two equal installment payments. There is a late installment fee of $35 for each installment payment that is late. There is no grace period. Ceasing to attend classes or withdrawing from the University does not eliminate a student's financial obligation to pay the remaining installment payments.
In order to accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions Agreement (TAC) in PRISM, students must consent with an electronic signature. If consent can not be provided, please print a hard copy of the TAC to submit to a designated UW Colleges Staff member.
It is a legal document and therefore, you must be 18 years old at the time of the signing. Proof of birth is required; a driver's license, birth certificate, or other legal document showing date of birth is needed. If a student is not 18 years or older, a parent or legal guardian must co-sign the TAC. If a student is 18 years or older, the student must sign the TAC, parents and guardians may not sign for the student.
For those students that are under the age of 18, please print a hard copy of the Terms and Conditions (TAC) for Minors and have a parent co-sign and submit to a designated UW Colleges Staff member.
Students should contact the campus business office if you have any questions.
